Terms of Reference
To advise the Board of Governors on various aspects of land, building services, equipment and facilities at the various NCB Units and to cause these infrastructural developments to be carried out at the various NCB Units and to assist in conducting the affairs of the unit in such a manner as to fulfill the set objectives with the proggramme, policies and guidelines laid down by the board.
